Really digging on Gag:

I don't know how to feel about this, I feel like I want to listen to more though.

ALSO THE NEW SICKOIDS! ITS "SICK!"

This is a sick record. I have listened a few times, need to pick it up. Along with that new Sectarian Violence.

Dudes - has OnBodies been mentioned:

Damien from Culture/As Friends Rust on vocals - this is worthwhile and just got released via Coffee Breath and Heartache today

Damn, that's some list of past bands in their description, don't know if I'm about this though.

When I got into punk in 1987, much of hardcore was in the throws of "crossing over" to metal. A lot of people, having grown up listening to metal, were cool with that.  I grew up listening to hip hop and I didn't like metal, so I wasn't a fan.  Going forward, when I heard the Judge LP when it was released I thought, "Wow...  this is just straight up metal".  Fast forward a few more years.  A guy I knew from high school is in a band called Earth Crisis, so I gave them a listen.  "Wow," I thought, "this is more metal than metal!"

I like older hardcore bands, but really, I'm not angry enough anymore to listen to angry music.

^ Not my thing, but that's ok. The only band I would want to see is NA, and I have seen them twice already since October of last year. I have seen 7 Seconds so they aren't a priority, and the rest are too new school for me.

I'm jumping the gun by like a half hour, but they've got merch up in the webstore already....

My band, Test of Time signed with Bridge 9. We've got a 7" coming out late summer, LP coming out in September. We just got done recording 30+ songs, check out are demo/7" on our bandcamp (I know I've posted it in here before, but I'm excited) http://testoftime.bandcamp.com
