I'll have to check the mailer when I get home but I think I'm in the same boat with bubble wrap and no cardboard insert. It's not a huge deal. I just think it would have been better to ship it with the record outside of the jacket since it wasn't shrink wrapped, even though there was no poly sleeve to keep it all together. These records are particularly sharp for some reason which I am sure didn't help. Either way, sorry to whoever it happened to but unfortunately we don't have any extra jackets.
