cesar11
bummer. BAD RELIGION TOUR CANCELLATION Unfortunately we have to cancel all of our appearances scheduled for the upcoming tour with Bad Religion and Polar Bear Club. Canceling a tour is definitely not a decision we would make lightly. At this moment, due to our current uncertainty over who is going to be playing drums with us, we feel like we are lacking the ability to put on the show our fans deserve and we think that the best thing for us to do right now is take some time to regroup and finish a record. Our most sincere apologies to Bad Religion, Polar Club and all of the agents and promoters involved with the tour but most importantly to the fans who were coming out to see us. If anyone who bought tickets doesn't want to go to the show now or walks away from the show feeling disappointed we'll definitely do our best to accommodate some spots on our guest list next time we pass through your town, which hopefully won't be too long from now. Sincere apologies. - Against Me!

randomfortunepa
No one should feel disappointed after seeing Bad Religion. Time to bring back the beard! Satan, lecheconmiel and rudeboydh
crime
This bums me out. I was going to just see Against Me! and Polar Bear Club. Bad Religion are boring as shit live.

adamlikesmusic
Well, that's a bit of a bummer. The tour stop here was going to be an all-day multi-stage event with food trucks and shit. Bad Religion, Against Me!, Face to Face, and a few others. Boner kill.
shenanigans
It's still Bad Religion but it's that much better when they tour with another big band and I haven't seen Against Me! since the Lauran Jane thing. What happened to Jay Weinberg?
tittus
Jay left in December. The article doesn't really say why. http://www.punknews.org/article/50041/jay-weinberg-leaves-against-me Also, I was just about to by tickets for the show. I don't think I am now. I'd love to catch bad religion but house of blues isn't cheap. deadreckoning

What happened to Jay Weinberg? I remember reading that he got kicked out (like he got kicked out of Madball), just Against Me! handled it with a bit more professionalism and didn't run their mouths about it in interviews. koljou
I'm glad I hadn't bought my ticket yet. $40 for Bad Religion and Against Me! isn't a bad price, but I don't like BR enough to drop that much on just them. But whatever! Maybe Against Me! will finish their album now.

booyahachieved
Look at it this way... BR shouldn't have a hard time finding another supporting band. Who in their right mind would turn down that offer? Other than idiots of course.

adamlikesmusic
Why would they decide to go on tour without a drummer in the first place?
jvphotoandvideo
Some band called The Frights took the first slot and PBC got bumped up. Bad Religion's set was pretty damn good. Got a print from the show too.
