We will never use the same plant again, A&R Records. As infrequently as we had updates to post was just as often as they actually gave us information. The test presses for the Saintseneca - Grey Flag record were approved a week after the BYTA tests were approved, this is why we didn't announce the record for about 9 months. I'm very sorry to everyone who had issues with communicating with us. Broken World has turned into too much work for the few of us to handle and we have been hiring people to help us get things running smoothly. This is a small operation that I started in my bedroom and wasn't prepared to have it turn into what it has. We are constantly hiring new mailorder staff who almost always do a poor job that we have to clean up after TWIABP gets back from tour. We have also recently have hired someone just to handle our mailorder "customer service". We are making moves to try to get everything under control and running smoothly. It is very likely that a third party will be taking over our mailorder entirely this summer and no one will have to deal with our bullshit again. If you have not received this record, a refund, or a response about address changes / etc please send an email to [email protected] and it will be taken care of. We have a little over 60 copies left of this release and will soon be putting these online. We are moving across the state currently while sending out the April Fools Day 2014 orders and working on the Sorority Noise / Old Gray & Tiny Moving Parts pre-orders. I am not coming here just to make excuses, this is the first time I saw this thread and I just came here to apologize.
