icecream
I've been stalking their webpage far too much looking for any crumb of info on an ep,lp something. Digitally available August 8'th and physical format debemur mortl in Europe and monollth in Austrailia
radiatorhums
From what I've read, they're using the profits from the digital sales to fund the vinyl release (or something to that affect).

daegor
From what I've read, they're using the profits from the digital sales to fund the vinyl release (or something to that affect). Yup, the vinyl won't be produced until October in order to provide time for that. And (at this point anyway) it's being released by a label in Europe and Australia. whoshotthefrog
I think this is the link where you can buy the digital album when it goes up for sale. http://rosettaband.tumblr.com/
phoenixinflight
Stoked that Monolith is releasing this, because I'm guessing it'll be a 2XLP and I won't have to pay an arm and a leg for shipping. Love this band.
thepunkguy
.. anyone.. what's up with the new logo??
lexicondevil
The album cover art they posted on their FB page is horrible. I usually don't care all that much, but I want this band to get even more of an audience and that art isn't going to win over any potential new listeners. I know the music is going to be great which is of course the most important part.
Derek™
The album cover art they posted on their FB page is horrible. Yeah, I've got to agree that my jaw dropped a little bit. (And not in a good way, regrettably.) The aesthetic and production of that album art looks extremely radio-rock or nü-metal. Obviously it's not fair to judge a book by its cover, but, yeesh. I don't think there's much of anything in my iTunes that'll resemble that.
phoenixinflight
It's very death-metal-ish. Mind you, could be worse. Just stoked to hear it.
radiatorhums
I loved the artwork for A Determinism of Morality, this not so much. I have faith in the contents of the album either way and am looking forward to hearing it. Glad to see some other people excited too, I feel like they don't get enough attention. daegor
I'm neutral on the logo, equally disappointed with the artwork, but like everyone else said, stoked to have another album.
Portsi
From what I've read, they're using the profits from the digital sales to fund the vinyl release (or something to that affect). There is something wrong about this world when a band like Rosetta has to that... But yeah, really looking forward this album. Galilean Satellites and Wake/Lift are perfect albums. Post-metal doesn't get any better than this.
davepriz
had to go lookup the artwork after all this talk and man....its worse than i expected. thats like really bad. really.....
larsensteiner
Looks like the cover of a new Nic Cage movie. Meh. I'm not the least worried about the musical content, though.
mindovermatter
You know, while it is a departure from their previous artwork (which suited each release quite well), it isn't THAT bad. And I actually kind of like the new logo. I will now quietly usher myself to the section where the minority will be seated.
Derek™
So we're all on the same page...
diddydong
I don't mind the logo. It's a little more subtle compared to a full black metal or deathcore logo. Also, due to it being released on an Aussie label I don't get that normal pre order anxiety.
Derek™
I don't mind the logo. It's a little more subtle compared to a full black metal or deathcore logo. So true.
radiatorhums
The new logo reminds me a little bit of the logo deafheaven used on the vinyl pressing of their demos.
drds89
good. Art debate. I'm stoked about seeing them next week!
Guest
DAT ARTWORK. Like others, though, i'm confident they'll bring the tunes.
jlobban
i dont mind the logo at all (even if it's trying a little too hard...) but the artwork itself if like a late 90's-mid 00's metalcore cover. not digging it. i am, however, insanely excited for new tunes!!!! mr. sincere
I may be the only one, but even though I can't stand the artwork, I'm looking forward to the music.
