dedlee
I just bought This Time Next Year at a record store today and it made me think how much I'd like Through Being Cool to be repressed (along with 40 hour train but this ain't a movielife thread)
Willow_Tree_Records
All my favorite stuff is pre-2000, but I've still been supporting Chris and co for nearly 15 years. I'll r picking this up when I see them this month.

Gilded Gospel
My favorite record seems to be always changing -TBC, IR, and SWYA. I don't get all the dislike on SWYA. It's awesome. I'm not crazy about any of the new songs I've heard so far. I'm hoping the record as a whole puts it all together.
gutzonborglum
question for people who rank stay what you are as their number 1. Were you a fan before that album was released? I got into them when Can't Slow Down came out. 'Stay What You Are' is by far my favorite release by them, and consequently as far into their catalogue as I go these days. The first three albums are my favorite three.
serum7
I've listened since Can't Slow Down and this is my order... In ReverieStay What You AreThrough Being CoolSound The AlarmCan't Slow DownDaybreakUnder the Boards I'm interested in the new record, but I don't expect to really be a big fan. Hopefully they'll surprise me though.
JoeShlabotnik
question for people who rank stay what you are as their number 1. Were you a fan before that album was released? One of the first non mainstream records I ever listened to. I was in 8th grade around the time the At Your Funeral video came out. Favorite record since. mss614
By the way, the encore was "At Your Funeral" and then "Jodie" from what I've seen/heard. The Brooklyn/NJ shows can't come fast enough.

Buffbloom
Because they just started a tour and the album is released in less than a week.
alec81691
why would they have the new record with them? it's not out yet. Bands do that all the time. Plus I tweeted at Chris when they announced the tour and he said they'd have it with them.
dreamover
usually labels don't allow it. screws up week one sales and such. there have been plenty of tours i've gone to that happen during album release and they can't put the record out until the day it comes out. veggiecorecords
Just a heads up to pledgers you can now download this from the pledge site. On track 3 right now and really digging it so far. It's new STD so that's to be expected!
Cartoongraveyard
I couldn't see first week sales being a concern to a band like Saves, Chris is a man of the universe. The record is done, everyone can have one nooooowwwww
njpunkmusic
I need to get the hell out of work so I can go home and download my pledger copy. Cant wait to get my vinyl copy and test print of Daybreak! I cant believe I preordered that stuff almost a year ago.

Buffbloom
Chris is a melodic genius. Listened to this twice on my drive to Boston today and I loved it.
LIGMA_BALLZ
Is there a vinyl pre-order for this? Also since they're back on equal vision any news on some early stuff repress?
