They happen - and there's really not too many things we can do about them. I've accepted seam splits as an unfortunate part of shipping records. Shinji Posted November 28, 2013 Share Posted November 28, 2013 After over twenty emails spanning a week with SRC trying to get a replacement for my scratched-to-Hell record and ripped jacket and sleeves, sending them multiple photos and elaborating in full detail what the problem was, having them question my judgement telling me to clean the record in various emails, saying "it'll do the trick," they told me that if I send it back and they deem that it is in fact damaged, they will send me another one.
