jason Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 Amazon might send a return label for items purchased directly through them, but you are on the hook for return shipping if you simply no long want the item from Amazon OR a market place seller. It is in their best interest to offer free return shipping IF the item is damaged or defective, but not if you just don't want it anymore. If the description is not as described, they will offer a shipping label, so absolutely no penalty on the customer. I just asked today.
