vinyl addict
JBJ hit a HR in the 2nd inning. He increased his hitting streak to 24 games.
stl_ben
I pray that some day the Angels will eat some of that salary and trade him back to the Cardinals. Not so much as a player but would like to see him retire in Cardinal Red, and that 10 year post career contract just sucks.
3arl
the Astros struck out the Orioles 52 goddamn times in a 3 game series that's almost 2 per inning
NapalmBrain
Got to go up and see the Giants come into town, and my sister came in from San Francisco last night so we had a family day at the park. It was great to see Cueto pitch well and to see the bats come alive, last time I saw them they lost so this was much more satisfying. He is facing off against Wainwright on Friday (nationally televised I believe) I think it will be a good game, his last three starts were against the Padres and the Rockies so if he can keep it up against a winning team like the Cardinals I'll be even more impressed

NapalmBrain
That almost no-no for bumgarner was a great game to watch, he almost broke his personal K record for a game too. Did anyone watch the ASG? Teheran sure seems like his talent is wasted on the Braves, I wonder if he will go to a more competitive club

Bummer that his year is over, I'm really impressed with the Rockies this season, I wouldn't count on a post-season for them but it's not out of the question
