nyhi
Breaking News! Small Brown Bike Announces 2xLP Box Set "Recollected" Out May 7th on Old Point Light Records Celebrated punk band Small Brown Bike has been recording and putting out music since 1996. And in those fifteen years, seventeen demos, limited releases, covers, unreleased and alternate songs come together to make up "Recollected." "Recollected" includes a limited pressing of 2,000 hand numbered, double LP gatefold with two CDs, an old SBB flyer, SBB memorabilia and stickers. LP1 hosts the Atarms Mechanics/No Idea release of "Collection" remastered, with LP2 containing eleven remastered unreleased songs that cover the fifteen years SBB existed. This is for the fans that want to hold onto something with some heat and weight - a time capsule. Small Brown Bike began in 1996 in the small suburban town of Marshall, Michigan. After two self-released seven-inches, the band was offered a helping hand from No Idea Records (Gainesville, Florida). The band immediately went to work on the new songs and recorded their first full-length entitled, “Our Own Wars” (July 1999) and went on to release three more full length albums, and countless additional releases. In their history, the band toured the States relentlessly performing and touring with acts such as Against Me!, Cursive, At The Drive In, Alkaline Trio, Hot Water Music, Desaparecidos and more, and performed at the Van's Warped Tour and at Louisville's Krazy Fest and Gainesville's The Fest. * Old Point Light was founded in 2006 by Travis J. Dopp in order to create a multifaceted channel that writes, produces original content, episodic adventures, feature films, music and music videos. gmoney
For some reason, my soul longs for split colors of all SBB releases like the Dead Reckoning one.
futures
I saw my boyfriend looking at this online last night. He appears to only be a casual fan when I asked him if this is something he would like to have (I've been trying to get him into vinyl since we've moved in together.) My point being, is this release geared towards die hard fans of the band? Or would a casual fan enjoy it too? (I'm not too familiar with them if it's not obvious, lol)
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
theres no such thing as a casual SBB fan

hudsoncomplex
These are up now. And shipping to Canada is $25? WTF!?
gmoney
I really want this, but not $35, and definitely not $46. Maybe if they cut prices in half.
dantheriver
Yeaaa gonna have to wait on this one.
thischarmingman
$46?! Who is this guy and why does he think this should cost so much?
bigbruise
I would buy if it was reasonably priced. I don't need CD's, stickers, posters, or fucking memorabilia.
debyrne82
yeah 46 for a double lp kind of hurts...
dynamitekid
I was really excited for this but $27 is the cheapest option? Damn, gonna have to think about this.
hudsoncomplex
So, Travis from SBB emailed me and let me know that $25 to ship this to Canada is indeed right. It sucks, because I only live about 3 hours from where they're being mailed from. I've really slowed down buying vinyl lately, so I'll most likely pick this up. Patrick: maybe I can buy it for you for a wedding gift
