After watching this sell for over $100 for years now, this is finally getting a repress, and at a very reasonable price! Due out on December 1st.

Sam Smith has just announced the title and revealed the cover of his upcoming 2nd album released on 03 November 2017.  It is now up for pre-order on his official store.  
 

 
There is a white single LP edition and a white 2xLP special edition (with 4 extra tracks).  His web store says that the single white vinyl LP edition is an "official store pre-order exclusive, limited edition", but does not mention anything about the exclusivity of the 2xLP white special edition.

I can't really speak for SMLXL but given how they've handled past exclusives, they have a tendency to find a way to repress if something sells out.  So when these sell out, I have no doubt they'll look into what it would take to make more available.  It's not exactly what you're asking but I think it might get at a bit of what you're wanting to see happen.  

So I just happened to stumble across this? The description says "Limited repressing of the 2012 release with insert" and "This is a repressing of the original 2011 release in a gatefold jacket with insert", respectively, so it looks like they got a hold of the original plates and are doing a straight repressing of the original Record Store Day releases. It's billed as "limited", so hop to it, kids.

No, people are complaining because on DF you could track your records with exactly what you wanted to input them as. You could put as much or as little as you wanted. I'm a bit OCD and had all my stuff in the order Artist - Album (Colour) /pressing number. 
 
I liked my list like that but I'll move on to Discogs and get over it.

I was searching for such a site immediately after the DF email hit, but had no luck. Every branch of "collecting" has their own database, but I couldn't find anything that could help you combine everything you're interested in.
 
As for the pics, I used a chrome extension called Image Downloader. Worked like a charm.

I use both Discogs and DeadFormat and see the value in both but much prefer the simplistic look and how customizable DF was when browsing lists. I could type in whatever info I want (i.e. color, limited pressing numbers) and could upload the picture I took and posted to my Instagram account of that record. Discogs is nice in that it will detail the exact pressing that I have, which I like, especially for older stuff.
 
Anyone know of any other sites to create a customizable list and upload pictures associated with it? I guess it doesn't really have to be a vinyl specific site. Also, any idea how to download all of the pictures I've uploaded to DF without doing it individually?haha

I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention a cool new feature within your user profile page just launched by the VC coding team. You can now add all your vinyl gear ( to our user profile. I setup mine to show you an example. When you click my profile on the left hand side under my "About" section we added another section titled "Your Gear Setup". Now you can share your turntable setup in all it's glory!
 
To add your gear just go to your profile page (click your profile name in the black menu bar top right). Click edit "Edit Profile" near the top of the page. A pop up window will appear and under your "Basic Info" you will be able to fill in all your gear!

On a serious note, I didn't come up with that by myself, my local vinyl store recommended it, seen them do it as well, and I've been cleaning my vinyl (old and new) with Windex for 2 years now, never had any complaints, they actually always sound(ed) great afterwards. 
 
Soo idk what happened on this one, must've used a different brand than all the other times. Either way, can I get any honest ideas on what to do with this one, I suppose there's residue on it, any careful way to remove that?
