Yeah, the general opinion on this board is SRC sucks for one reason or another. Honestly I have not personally had any issues when ordering from them. But a bunch of other people have.
I will say that not refunding money for preorders and only giving store credit is weak shit.

The records HTDA have put out have been great. I just think that whole project was overshadowed by NIN.

Finally got my copy of The Mars Volta's Octahedron in.

Word to the wise, if you're ordering from Marvelio through Amazon, be prepared to wait for fucking ever.

I got a shipping notification on the 12th and it showed up today, 13 days later. Only if you're shipping on a donkey does it take 13 days to get a package from Pennsylvania to Ohio. Oh, and they don't give you tracking either. /rant
 
Edit:  After leaving feedback with them stating I was unhappy with the amount of time it took to receive my shipment, the refunded my Amazon account $15.  I wasn't asking for anything and really just wanted to let them know I felt two weeks for a 2 day ship is a long time to wait, so I think that is pretty good customer service.

On a side note, from my personal listening tests the ORG releases are the best pressings available of all the Nirvana albums with exception of the MFSL Nevermind. I will admit though that the ORG Nevermind is quite close in quality and obviously infinitely cheaper. Just figured I'd share my first hand listening tests and personally, all my Nirvana is ORG.

If you're worried or "annoyed" by remarks and comments on Discogs & eBay listings, then you may need to reassess your priorities in life. Plenty more important and serious things to be "annoyed" by in life.

It's not what you do it's how you do it. When you're a small distro from a foreign country no one is really asking updates from, it's a good idea to offer some sort of value in exchange for promoting your product. If this man or woman had offered discount codes for exclusive content in exchange for promoting the product, I doubt many here would complain.
On the other side, when you're a distro or label that already has fans and followers interested in your products, giving heads up on release dates retail prices and album info without offering any extra discounts or friendly messages will be a little better received.
Dumping a bunch of order links for albums that no one in particularly is interested in (based on the lack of interaction and comments) is just one-sided and spammy. At least pretend to be a member and add a nice intro as a person.

. Ahh. Well, yeah media mail is like $4 and change, and we ship with about $2 and change worth of cardboard... So we came up with $6.50 for shipping. If that's too steep for ya we understand. Honestly we are still figuring out how to properly run our online store since we took it over ourselves a few months back.
