Nah, I'm not buying this at all, and usually get nonsense in other topics when I argue about prices, so trust me I'm with you.
But expecting 20 on an equal vision release is a bit wild. They are doing 25 bucks single LPs for years now. So yeah the other 14 is the cross die-cut sleeve , and we have arrived🤣 But do I like the trend? obviously not...

Another question is though, why labels/plants can't (won't) realise using only solid colors on specific variants don't work out the way it was intended most of the time...

1. you say this like there is any other option to buy these records
2. not having inserts or tip on sleeves isn't a reason anyone isn't going to order a highly demanded record that's been OOP for a decade 
3. the STD repress was $19.99, which is as affordable as an LP can be! 
4. they aren't scamming anyone

Man, after all the Bimbocore nonsense I don't really think I can justify $80 to hear Soupys "Best of Voice Memo App 2012" on vinyl

Labels/bands take note, this is how you do an anniversary repress. No lame alternate cover, no 3LPs filled with demos and acoustic tracks. Just the album for those who doesn't have it. So easy.
