Even thinking it over, if they went with this approach it would only make sense if they had a single list released on three different days. Maybe the dedicated flippers would try to make it out three times but most people would aim for one date, try to get their want list, then be done with it. It would even make it likelier people would get what they want since presumably there would be less people showing up each day since it would be the same records on sale (and isn't less people the whole point??).
 
Three dates with three totally different releases makes less than zero sense. It makes negative sense. I can't understand how more than two people sitting in a room planning this out couldn't come to that conclusion. I'm baffled...

That would make sense, I don't stream music unless it's through my xbox while I play rocket league. But the wax turned out pretty cool. Kinda reminds me of the Friday the 13th murky water variant because it looks black when on the turntable but held up to the light you see green. 

I've been having the same type of thinking. I have like 40+ hours in, but I still have a decent amount to do. I've been trying to pace myself and only hop on for an hour or two a day so I don't run out of stuff to do as Nintendo has to have a ton of stuff planned for the first year event wise.
 
I see all those ridiculously cool island as well but I'm trying to imagine what their would be to do beyond that point if I grinded every day to get there. Nintendo has shown that they're willing to do DLC more and more for their flagship franchises or at least a ton of added content so I'm hoping Animal Crossing becomes a game I still play regularly a year from now. 
 
Right now the main thing I'm doing is playing the turnip market to make a ton of bells. Bunch of subreddits out there with people willing to host people if they have a high price from the cranny. I like not being locked out of game progress because I don't feel like grinding fishing to make money. 

I’m starting to organize my island now after unlocking everything storywise. Finding it very lengthy and taking it in small steps working from the edges in. Drawing things out on paper before helps too. 
 
if you’re not using trees for decorative effects they’re not worth the space and hassle for money making besides having a small section of foreign fruit. I made an orchard up on a cliff of about 40 fruit trees and so I don’t have the cluttering the rest of the island.

Here's how I flatten my records. It works every time, and as far as I can tell, doesn't damage the record. Note: It'll only work if you have hardwood/tile/laminate floors...
 
- Put the vinyl into a generic or trashed sleeve. This will prevent the sleeve of the album you're trying to save from getting damaged. 
 
- Lift up the corner of your record shelf (assuming it sits flat on the ground)
 
- Place the album underneath it, and set the shelf back down. 
 
- Forget about it for a month or two. 
 
Every record I've done this with comes out completely flat, and by the time you've forgotten about it, it'll be a nice surprise when you go to put another one under there   The solution is either money or time, and I'm a cheap, patient bastard.

Wishing we got like, Radicals instead of OF Tape Vol. 2, but I'm sure that would be hard since none of those songs got cleared. Happy though for those who will finally get it on vinyl. I love my original.

Woohoo my day has come. Nothing monumental, but found a 2002 press of Cash IV for $3.29 at Goodwill today. Cleaned some smudges, has a very slight warp, but sounds great. My vinyl budget has been almost nonexistent lately, but that I could justify.

Always wanted to buy this album. I guess I was just waiting for this very moment to finally own it.
