Interesting gimmick. Interesting snippet. 

I agree that this isn't the most exciting UO song, but it is decent enough. It's got some chugging guitars and a bit of grunge that I don't associate with these guys, so it's interesting to see them trying out something different again. I'm curious to see where the rest of the album goes, but so far I'm on board, albeit not extremely enthusiastically.
 
Unpopular opinion: On My Teeth is in the bottom 3 or 4 songs off Erase Me.

they're definitely paying attention to spacier/gazier heavy bands like Loathe, Holy Fawn, Greet Death etc with this one but refracting that sound back against their own songwriting formula in a neat way. lots of Disambiguation vibes here, hopefully the next album draws more from this well ~

They wrote Zombie 2 before they wrote The Act but they didn't really like the way it was going so it was tabled. Jeremy said Space 2 will definitely happen. He was really enthusiastic so I assume he must like that EP a lot. There are some cleans from Jeremy on Z2 but not a lot because as the band said and he reiterated, it's really heavy. They've started writing the next album. Jeremy said they haven't been touring so that's been part of their time but they also never stop writing. At least 1 music video will be released but no promises on others for Z2. Forlorn is his favorite song on Z2 It sounds to me like Prada Pod won't come back (a bummer for me) and instead they will be using Twitch in the future. Someone asked if The Act will be repressed and he said they probably need to because of how many copies Z2 sold. My guess is Solid State will get around to it when there's enough demand to sell at least half of them once they go up for sale.

Why?  Too teenage/young & angsty?  Rubber bracelets, emo swoops and girl pants from Wet Seal?  
What inspired this idea was attending New Found Glory's shows in Florida a couple weeks ago.  In Jacksonville, both at the show between bands, and at a post-show afterparty featured all kinds of music from the 04-12 MySpace era.  As much as I got into a ton of music then, it's impossible to get into ALL of it.  And Underoath was one of the bands I probably would've liked, but they weren't given the proper chance.  
But I was digging a bunch of the music that I wasn't familiar with, that I heard that night.  Bands like Taking Back Sunday, Chiodos, Finch, Postal Service, He Is Legend, Used, Fall Of Troy, Panic!, Yellowcard, As I Lay Dying, you get the idea.
That, plus Furnace Fest is coming up, don't have tickets but I would love to go.  Two of the dates are headlined by Taking Back Sunday, and Underoath, respectively.  So I thought if I do decide to go, I wouldn't mind learning some of their catalogs.  So I'm looking for a starting point.

Because it was supposed to ship over 6 months ago. I haven't received it yet or any email update. I see a few people saying they have them already. Just wondering if mine had been lost and I should email them, or if others were also waiting. Is that an unreasonable thing to ask?

I caved and bought all four variants. I picked up the Apocolypse with the live stream ticket, and the other three on MerchNow. I always kick myself for not picking up the first zombie EP pressings so I wasn’t going to miss out on this one. 

Really wish I could hear a song before committing to an $180 purchase but here we are, and hear we are not. 

I would assume that they all have the same booklet. Solid State really has been doing a great job with their vinyl this last year or two. There were a couple of terrible represses but those are the outliers. 

I would think the booklet is included. Sounds to me like a fancy way of promoting the lyric sheet/book that comes with most records
