Well, Deafheaven – specifically Nick Steinhardt – created a custom font that's essentially a reduced version of Didot:
Whoever did the font on that Rita album just opted to not reduce it as much, but still went through the effort to deviate it at a more minimal angle, and stack them in a 3x3 grid. As best they could, anyway. I kind of get the point you're trying to make, but it's also like saying that Pink Floyd don't own the rights to triangular prisms or light refraction.

Who said that? All I said was my hyped was killed, and no one said the whole album is gonna be "trash". For me, it's literally one of my favorite artist working with one of my least favorite artist. I'm still gonna listen to everything, even the U2 track with an open mind, but like they said, if Bono sings a chorus I'm probably not gonna like it.
