Really? Pesanta is one of the better labels out there that always puts out top notch product. If you take a look at the quality of each release compared to the price you pay, you're getting a good deal (and obviously they aren't making a "killing" in the process). So if they decide to make a few extra bucks off of extra rare pieces they found, so be it. They deserve it.

On Jan 30th I commented, "Yeah. Ordered." I have no recollection of actually ordering this. I really like it though, so I'm hoping I did. I need to lay off the booze.

One time a few years ago, I was out with some friends drinking at a bar in my hometown of Providence, Rhode Island. After a few rounds, we were collectively ready for one more before heading home, but found ourselves unable to attract the attention of our waitress. After a few civilized and unsuccessful attempts at getting her over to our table, my buddy Kevin, AKA "Big Taco," yelled across the bar, "Babygirl! BabyGIRL!" A until she finally made her way over to us. At the time I was embarrassed for both her and us, but shortly after leaving, I recall yelling "Babygirl!" at just about every female I knew for several weeks. As a result of that incident, I have a soft-spot in my heart for the term "Babygirl." That being said, "uniquestyle88's" usage of the term is quickly hardening that soft-spot in my cold, dead, heart.

You've been living in a hole, huh? The reason for the variants is to drive a collectors market that helps move records. Variant collectors of popular bands are bread and butter. Kids on the fence about a new band jump in for a limited variant. 
 
As to buying more than one copy of a release - not my standard operating procedure but I have no shame in knowing I can trade an LP for one I missed and is now being flipped. To use your example - I traded a Floral Green for a Shed on Blue straight up. I then gifted my black vinyl Shed to someone else. To me, the system works. I have no shame in that I avoided paying $80 for that copy of Shed by grabbing two Floral variants.
 
Way back in the day I traded my Crippled Youth 7" for a Sick of it All and Chain 7" - you know, I wasn't interested in getting the $3 I paid for it when I made that deal in 1996. Judge me all you want but there is nothing wrong with finding a way to fill holes in your collection. 
 
You're overly serious and angry about it. You make it sound like you got into buying vinyl in 2012. Revelation perfected limited releases in the 80's and it's been copied ever since. Your internet rage might make you feel better but it isn't worth much.
