Least favorite album of a band I love.
I remember having this in my hands on RSD 2010 but I must have been in a pissy mood (or broke) 'cause I remember thinking "this feels flimsy, I don't want it". Then I regreted it. Then I bought it in 2013.

Lots of times I have ordered stuff from Oldies (when a huge sale wasn't on) and it shows that one or more copies of something are in stock and then it doesn't ship. I don't know if that is the inventory system or the people pulling the orders, but it's an issue at the best of times.

Oldies is not the place to get stuff fast. It's the place to get stuff cheap. You should only be worried if you need the records today or tomorrow. Stuff eventually arrives and they don't charge you for stuff that doesn't arrive.

I've totally given up on eBay as a seller and don't buy there much either.
I think the OP has done everything they can and should do at this point. I know eBay tends to take the "guilty until proven innocent" approach, but If the buyer won't reply to messages, and isn't sending any proof of damage, just try to stop worrying and wait and see what happens.
