I missed this Tribulation album and see it all over year-end-lists. Is it that good?

I actually asked someone from a well regarded label that puts these out this very question. He told me: For DJs. Certain genres are still played via clubs and turntables. They sell a nice number in this breakdown format apparently. This might not fit there due to price it is more a collectible but that's what I was told and I believe it from this source.

This is the result of Paypal making it so fucking unfriendly for businesses. They've tilted everything in the favor of the buyer to enable so much fraud to exist. I hate selling shit now because of how unfriendly eBay and paypal have made it. So yeah, it doesn't look like a fun method of payment but with how shitty collectors and the vinyl trolls can be I don't blame them for avoiding Paypal and their bullshit policies.

Started December 1 on my new training program for racing next year. Fuck complacency. Feeling pretty good overall. Still not 100% from the end of my heavy season but I'm mixing in more bike and swimming again and my body is digging it. Hoping to do my first 25 mile week in a while this week and get climbing back to marathon shape for May 1. Might run the half in Philly again in early April if anyone else is planning to be there.

No one is questioning the band has a right to a grievance, the question is whether or not it is legitimate. I've had to sign my work away 99% of the time and I've had the privilege of having it shelved. It sucks. I'd kill at this point for a couple of our films to be sub-licensed out to be seen again. Creative contracts are rough - you need financing to make your art for a broad venue in most instances and that means compromises are made. There is a common piece of language in these contracts about holding rights for all media now known or unknown - it means that regardless of the changes to distribution methods or shifts in trends that the funder holds the rights and you need to be prepared to accept those shifts. It is a soul-less clause that in essence creates permanence. I still sign 99% of the time if it means I get to create the film and in the manner I want. Anyway, I stand by the notion that Flood owes no one an explanation. He legally licensed the record. If he wants to leave the final word being that of the Bosstones so be it. The perception he screwed them in some way will be what's left behind and the band will get what they wanted in the first place. To my first paragraph there is one thing that is never compromised in my agreements: No changes to a locked picture can be made without our approval. Not sure why that artwork was changed but I fully sympathize with MMB on that.

If it's more a collectible I suppose a refrigerator magnet you can look at and use to hold up things like useless flexi discs would be a better use of $5. Then again I kind of like magnets. They hold up my cat calendar and pictures my kids draws. It would have been pretty great if I had a TA magnet to use. Dreams.

So you pay vinyl prices for an item that is listed as having inferior sound quality and is not made to last? Why is this more fun or collectible than putting out an actual 7"? I would have ordered if priced right but this makes no sense.
