Anyone else kind of disenchanted knowing that tug doesn't even own OG presses of the albums he worships?  I feel like the illusion is over; this is comparable to discovering Santa Clause isn't real.

Me and my wife read to my 19 month old every night. It's a great thing, she loves it. 72 pages is a lot to get though.

Shelby is one of the most mellow, non-boastful dudes on the forum.  No need to dig at him because he's smarter with his money than you are.  He's got his vinyl setup listed in the signature at a vinyl forum; how is that him being boastful?  Are the folks over at Head-Fi a bunch of braggarts and pricks because they list the specific headphones they're currently rocking, in their signature?  I mean, on a forum created to discuss audio gear – the nerve!
 
Honestly, Brand New fans really are the worst.  They get a lot of shit but this is a textbook example of where there's smoke...

I like the new song. Especially how inconstant max has been on his albums. I think that after 7 years these guys have started right where they left off. I look forward to the rest of the album. 

If I'm following your post correctly, you're criticizing me for not using this thread to discuss other, relevant bands who have their own respective threads?  Am I close or at least in the same ballpark?  Because that's silly.

What crippling insecurity is it that causes people to click on threads they have zero interest in to tell people that the band they like is shitty?

wear skinny jeans (have to be skinny, mind you, or at least super slim) and rub the record across your thigh (best done when standing and flexing ur quads, it just is). rub until you give yourself a mild friction burn, or you'll risk failing entirely at this method.
if you follow these steps, u should perforate the cellophane (or cellophone, if you prefer) across the mouth of the sleeve. u can pop the record out and throw it away.

I use a razor blade. Start at the end that has the biggest gap. Press down lightly then slowly pull the blade down to the bottom. Right when you get to the end press down hard and run the blade straight down my wrist to my elbo. And that opens up the conversation to people I meet on the street when they ask me what happened. I sometimes enjoy "letting the tits out" of my records and just carve the whole front cover away to show off my really nice "splatter investments" but I can of course still flip it around and see the tracklisting and such which I think looks just ravishing next to my crosley and light ropes! This is more of an advanced move though so I would suggest watching a few youtube tutorials first.

If you never open the record...does your variant really exist? It's both the black vinyl press and limited pink splatter at exactly the same time.
