I have a pitchfork.. do you have a torch? We could start an angry mob!     But alas I feel lazy, I'll just enjoy some digital Cake while I patiently wait for the boxset I happily paid $60 to have shipped.     .... The box and the bubble wrap were the smaller expense compared to running a business and paying employees.

On an unrelated note.. does anyone remember mail-ordering stuff from bands? Ya know, where you would put your money-order in an envelope and wait 3 weeks before they even got your order, let alone shipped it out?

You pay for shipping and handling.
 
The box is not free. The kick ass padding was not free. The extra tape and strapping holding the boxes secure are is free. The employee who packed the box and brought it to the post is not free.
