He refered to himself as Aaron West and his backing band was The Roaring Twenties, saying that next time he performs he hopes to have them on stage with him. Craig Finn and John Darnielle have never put out albums under/as those fictional characters' names. "We Don't Have Each Other" was not put out by the artist Dan Campbell, it was put out by the artist Aaron West & The Roaring Twenties.
