SBarry
Its not far away now, who is excited?! Who do you think will win the tournament?
AlexMBentley
ENGLAND! ENGLAND! ENGLAND! I wish. Highly likely Brazil but you never know! http://youtu.be/yLph6ePNkGQ Getting in the mood with the footy anthems!
gavinclancy95
Spain for me, and I have a feeling England and the Netherlands may not make it out of their groups!
McCandless
We'll hopefully scrape out if our group, Uruguay aren't all that good other than Suarez who seems unfit. Think it's Brazil who are going to win this, with Argentina coming close. The conditions are going to play a major part this year!
gavinclancy95
Definitely hard to envisage the semi finals with anyone but Brazil, Argentina, Spain and Germany. Many suggesting Belgium as the dark horse but I can't see it with their youthful squad.
McCandless
Belgium never seem to do it internationally despite having a very decent squad of individuals. I think France will surprise a few people this year.
SBarry
Yeah I'm not sure I could see Belgium winning it all either. They have some great talents but I would be really shocked to see them in the final. If the United States could just muster up the strength and not get embarrassed that would be cool. vialister
I can't fucking wait. Been waiting 4 years for it. Shame I'm away at work for the first 9 days and England are obviously going to win. IN-GUR-LUND (I'm being deadly serious, we are.)
marc32137
I do enjoy watching the World Cup and sometimes catch Premier League games if I'm awake early enough on the weekends. That said, I have this ready for when it comes up in conversation:
BuzzersonKillwell
Brazil looking like the best shot right now, maybe the Germans could have a go. It would be a real shock to see Belgium make a deep run. I think they might almost have slid to overrated at this point since they have been the consensus "dark" house for a long time. I'm excited to watch their young talent play, but I don't think the team is world class. I'm hoping the US can get out of the group but I'm not expecting it. It'll take a near miracle to get a result against Germany and Portugal, let alone our nemesis Ghana. I'm excited the Jurgen has brought some youth along for the trip and has given some new guys and the multi-nationals the chance they didn't get under Bradley. Realistically, US is probably better positioned to make some noise in 2018, especially with the inexperience in the back. That said, you never know. Just got to be better for 90 minutes. I'm cool with England going far but I'm not picking them to win. I've got a World Cup charity raffle going on, you guys should enter if you haven't already. Foreigners gotta pay for shipping if they win though.... sorry lads.
chefchino
Kinda glad Spain isn't a favorite bc I didn't want them coming in with too much confidence but now it's starting to look bleak. Between Costas injury and age catching up I'm starting to get worried after those warm up games even tho all the Madrid players were missing. eight1echo
I love watching the World Cup but I've never had any real reason to support any national team aside from Canada (lol). Couldn't care less who ends up winning but I always root for the underdog teams. Watching a relatively small time team go up against the big dogs is inspiring. alkalinesolo
I am supporting France as usual but I feel that Argentina may take this in South America.

GradedOnACurve
i usually like teams that lose so I guess I'll be rooting for the US.
fourfourtwo
Portugal will place second in their group, then win every game until they eventually meet spain and play out a 0-0 draw then lose on penalties like we always do Funny enough, it'll probably be the best game of the tournament like it was in the Euro's
Family Friendly Rap God
i usually like teams that lose so I guess I'll be rooting for the US. Lol this. I like to watch the US play. I hope the Landon Donavan situation won't hamper them
SBarry
Lol this. I like to watch the US play. I hope the Landon Donavan situation won't hamper themIt's going to haha I like Klinsmann but I'm not sure I get this decision. Here's to hoping he proves us wrong and guys like Bradley and Dempsey play out of their minds in the middle.
easytiger
Spain for me as well. Spain is entering the competition with a largely verteran team but the coach is using that to his advantage by playing strictly through the middle and devoid of wingers. Even without Costa, Spain will find a way. Speaking about the US, I would like to see Johansson given a chance to play up top instead of Altidore. However experienced, he's just not clinical enough in front of goal and in games where the US will have a minimum of chances they need to be converted. pamfletty
My guess is Germany will win the cup against Argentina in the final. Belgium will make it to the quarter finals (my Belgian heart hopes for the semi-finals though).
