But I think buying records, just to sell them again is pretty fucking pointless. I don't see the point. Just let people who wanted them buy it in the first place. They miss out, oh well. I'm sure the asbestos and shit in the building is not good, but I imagine it'd be cheaper and cooler to repurpose it. They've tried to redevelop the area multiple times, but nothing comes from it. Yeah I hate that they always tear down buildings for newer and bigger. But I will say it's nice to have tall buildings but you lose that sense of architectural heritage that you find in cities like London. it's annoying they constantly tear down buildings that are fine for super sleek and modern stuff.
