Vheissu is when they really grew and evolved their sound, and then kept a similar sound from there on out. The older albums are a little heavier and more post hardcore. Vheissu is one of of my favorite Thrice albums of all time unless you count The Alchemy Index as one giant album. There is nothing wrong with liking Thrice. Yeah, I've seen a few go into the threads and bash them before. But, I guess it's like that with most band threads. Certainly they don't get as much hate as Blink 182 so that's a plus.
