Why should the seller be out a record and money, just because the buyer is too cheap to pay for insurance? It sucks when shit gets lost, but it happens, it's something you deal with when ordering online. Pay for insurance, or accept your loss and ask for insurance next time. That's eBay's rules (or whatever you want to call it). Most people's first interaction with buying something from another person online is through eBay and that's the expectation set. Things are a little different here because this is a message board first and foremost, but some people still think that the seller is responsible until it's in their mitts. Just wasted time on the warner website thinking I was going to get a lossless download, oh well I paid for it so I can get it another way. Desire was free on amazon a while ago and I couldn't believe it because it played on the radio a lot. Not only is the Warner version no lossless but its lower bitrate than amazon which would have even been easier. I even did a search and they do sell lossless, just not this I guess.
