You can replace the wood. I've done it before. Not terribly hard. (Done it a few times refinishing homes with my Dad.)

 

True, it'd just be hard to match. The rest of the house is really nice wood, all I did was seal it, no need for the stain the wood is so nice. The other bedroom, I'd have to replace the entire floor. They really fucked that room up. Water damage on 3/4 the planks.

That's unfortunate. Stupid previous occupants. Do you rent or own?
