I'm holding out for the band pre-order, but have already placed pre-orders for the LP, CD, and import CD (the import I will likely cancel unless there is something majorly different about it).  Why not, right?  You can always cancel them with Amazon, and that way you get the cheapest price.

Also, there are only 4 tracks from An Omen, nothing from the self-titled EP.

for the record, there is another thread for this

http://boards.vinylcollective.com/topic/84008-how-to-destroy-angels-welcome-oblivion-lp/

but thanks for the info.

I like the music, but I can't seem to deal with the female vocals.  nothing against her, I just can't reconcile the difference between my voice and hers, i.e., it's hard for me to sing along with a girl voice.  crystal castles seems to be the only exception to this...

If I neglected any record that I couldn't personally sing along to, I'd probably own three or four albums by The National. And that'd be it.

i see his point though. I also find it difficult to listen to because of her voice. It's not a bad voice, per se, but just... turn her down. All the way. All the way down so I can hear more Trent and it'll alllll be okay.

I hope its 180g black and pressed in Pallas. Some of the NIN stuff looked pretty cheap: Year Zero (EU press), Year Zero remixed (EU press), With Teeth (US press) - super light vinyl, some scuffs and residue (stain) marks on most of the records.

The Slip (EU press), Pretty Hate Machine remaster (US press), An Omen (EU and US press), HTDA self-titled EP (US press) were pretty ok though.

I dont have all the pressings, I listed the ones I have.
