circuit bored records
great band, but they have vocals. The most recent album and their newer stuff does, but Untitled album and Drugs to the dear Youth are all you need by them.
almightyseancore
im mostly familiar with patagonian rats, but i do have the drugs ep. guess i never gave that one enough of a chance to realize it was all instrumental.
bigbruise
I was talking to tera and bryan of End Of the Ocean tonight. Talking about pressing their latest album on vinyl, I know there is a few fans on here. They're just concerned about funds, I'd be down to do it. Any interest on here if it happens? You are missing out, my friend. Such an amazing EP and definitely my favorite release by them. Their first album (untitled) is really great as well, and a different style altogether as they had a second guitarist. That was also when they were doing backflips and cartwheels on stage during their live show http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_ScrCdZZpc A lot of people argue that they were much better as an instrumental band

Derek™
Very sold list, Bronchitis. The only two I haven't bothered to check out [yet] are Tristeza and Earth, despite hearing such great things. Especially of the latter.
icecream
I've posted about them a few times the band errors on mogwai's label older stuff think minus the bear ish vibe, newer washed out adebisi shank Brontide http://youtu.be/BES2U1zPbjI?t=1m16s They aren't purely instrumental but Rosetta deserves a mention. Since it's more EP than LP, if it's under $15 I'd def eat that up.

mrewest
Tristeza is the shit I made it through a few songs by them and was pretty bored. Maybe it just caught me at the wrong time. My tiny-ass mp3 speaker prob isn't helping much either.
abovetheearth
they are extremely dull. but one album is outstanding and different and therefore cancels out their dullness. check out this album of theirs: Dream Signals In Full Circles
dreamover
http://bearcubbin.bandcamp.com RIYL: These Arms Are Snakes, Battles Bearcubbin' is Mike Byrne (current smashing pumpkins drummer)'s band from his hometown. when SP has downtime, they record and do mini-tours. He's an insane drummer. The music is real mathy and I feel like a lot of people here would be into it. They've said their biggest influence is These Arms Are Snakes and the like. Also, I believe all their releases are available for "pay what you want", even free.
kjkenney
Pre-Mr. Beast Mogwai They're all over, but really every album has vocals on it except for the THIH. They're mostly instrumental except for a couple songs on the first two albums, Young Team and Come On Die Young. Then Rock Action and then Happy Songs and then Mr. Beast had even more with vocals. Hardcore Will Never Die has vocals too; 'Mexican Grand Prix'. The Hawk Is Howling is their only purely instrumental album
