Their singles are never their best songs but I would call it a good single choice. It will do well radio wise. I am sure the rest of the album will be diverse but honestly I am down for an album like this. Not my normal thing but after Soul Punk I am really ready to see what they can do as a group again. I mean it's only $20 and you get a poster but I feel like either this song needs to grow on me or I need to hear more of the album. Im liking it so far but Im not toooo sure just yet. TheMoosen Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 I actually like the song. It is straight up catchy fall out boy that sorta sounds like a mix of IOH and Folie a Duex. This is the sorta song that will get airplay and they will most likely have a diverse mix of songs on the album. Their singles are rarely their best songs. It is awesome to hear Pete's lyrics to Patrick's voice and I like the theatrics. Pre-orderd the vinyl for sure. I doubt I will ever grow out of liking fall out boy. They carry a very memorable charm to them. 22 years old and honestly this is some of the best news I have had in weeks. - Also in regards to the album title I believe it may just be ironic. Not sure but I would not put it past them. i couldnt have said it better myself. FOB really does have memorable charm for me. I remember hearing TTTYG in high school and being immediately hooked. The single did catch me a little bit by surprise though. I wasnt sure what to expect since it has been a bit but I know it wasnt that. Pete has been into more of the club scene. Patrick wrote a full synth pop album. When they are back they still bring that charm that Folie a Duex had but gear it a bit more in line of what they have been working on recently. Its a catchy fall out boy song. I did not know people expected more than just catchy music from this band but regardless glad I can enjoy it. Hope they don't let me down like fun. did this year. even if people did expect fall out boy to be this now, this is still terrible. I love tttyg and futct, but they need to stop. The album was a letdown for me but I still like the band and am glad they got success. The album just was not my thing.
