booms528
The leaker is just someone that got a local shop to sell it to him early. This. some record store in Indianaoplis hooks people up and sells stuff as soon as they get the shipments in (aka today for Yeezus) and this kid on the KanyeToThe forums got it and uploaded it. alexschelldorf
This is honestly everything I've ever wanted in a Kanye West album: ridiculous, over-the-top braggadocio, aggressive and dark tone and theme, enough flippant commentary to create a controversy, and it sounds nothing like 808s. I'm pleased.
sharkticon
Holy shit, I'm laughing during every track "Ya'll throwin contracts at me, ya'll know that niggas can't read" "put my fist in her like a civil rights sign" holy shit alexschelldorf

drewberinger
definitely a lot of 808s influence on this which is great because that's my second favorite album of his. just love everything about this.

trevorxramage
I don't care how good the songs sound, the guy is still way too shitty for me to support him. icecream
cwhitmuzik
The album is way more raw/minimalist than I expected it to be... Kind of gritty. Very weird/experimental. I'm going to need more time with it. That's what the album's been said to be this entire time. Bummed it's so short. Also a really weird ending, it just kind of...stops. birdturbo
Still says 14 tracks. Deluxe edition maybe? http://www.amazon.fr/Yeezus-Kanye-West/dp/B00CV5ZPA2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1371010597&sr=8-1&keywords=yeezus
sonsofvipers
im into it. Up to track 6 so far. I love the beat on New Slaves a lot
drewberinger
haha that's great. I guess I should clarify a little - 808s is a very dark album that has a lot of minimalistic elements (Say You Will, Love Lockdown, Street Lights) and I feel like Yeezus is Kanye having a better grasp and understanding of implementing those elements into his music. icecream
I don't care how good the songs sound, the guy is still way too shitty for me to support him. agreed. I'm not sure why he continues to get a pass he's still the same narcissistic guy that continues to contradict himself. trevorxramage
sonsofvipers
Oh, I mean he's definitely a shitty person. that doesn't change the fact that he's talented though and its not gonna stop me from listening to his music
drewberinger
I don't think he's a "shitty" person - it's not like he's getting arrested for having guns or DUIs or sexually assaulting women. He can be an asshole with his persona and ego - but whatever man. I'm an asshole too.
