randomfortunepa Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 I got two records separately in large boxes via Lasership. My GY!BE came in fine, there were tons of airbags in the large box that mostly protected the record. No dings or splits. My Bad Religion Recipe of Hate record however came in a large box with some crumbled brown paper and looks like someone stepped on the spine. If I open it and check the record do they still accept returns? I won't go through the hassle if the record is ok, but if it is damaged I want a refund. Still waiting on my Surfer Rosa from DHL.
