100resolutions
Went for the blue one. Let's wait now!
thomasj182
I would like this on blue, but I'm going to hold off a bit. I want to see when she releases new tour dates in support for this. However, I honestly don't care of the color I just want to hear the damn thing!

Rip
Never bought or really listened to an Against Me! album in my entire life. After hearing the samples, I might have to grab this though.
Shitty Rambo
Never bought or really listened to an Against Me! album in my entire life. After hearing the samples, I might have to grab this though. I highly advise you to listen to "their" other albums. Start at Cowboy and work your way up. Rip
Yeah I was planning on doing that for sure. Just one of those bands everyone praises but I've never gotten around to checking out.
vialister
In for a blue. Was just about to go to sleep last night when this went up so had to jump on it right away. First two albums of 2014 ordered within 15 minutes of each other.

After hearing the samples, I might have to grab this though. I would say start with Reinventing Axl Rose and work forward, but for the most part you can't really go wrong (except maybe White Crosses). You could do this, I would almost suggest listening to Axl after Former Clarity (or Total Clarity, which is better in my opinion) to spice things up a bit! AlexH.
I don't want to turn this into that kind of thread, but if you don't think White Crosses is better than New Wave, you're wrong. I also happen to think all the fully-produced albums are better than the demos though, so WHAT DO I KNOW. slinch and glass realms
slinch
I wouldn't go as far as saying that a person is wrong for liking one thing over the other, other than that I'm 100% with you on both counts.
tittus
Black Crosses is a fantastic album. I don't think they would have caught as much flak as they did if that was released instead of White. I still can't listen to that. But again, opinions.
Rip
So from kind of looking into things, are the two "Cowboy" albums completely different albums? Same question for the "Crosses" albums.

Same question for the "Crosses" albums. One is the demo, the other is the studio version.Original Cowboy is the demos of Eternal Cowboy, Black Crosses is the demos of White Crosses with a few extra songs and acoustic versions. Also the 3xLP version of it included White Crosses proper as well, not sure if the digital version is the same. Same goes for Total Clarity and Former Clarity. cesar11
So I guess they were in town because they're gonna sign with Epitaph, according to all the drunk, somewhat important looking people that were outside after the show.

There's alot of those in So Cal... Especially at the Troubador. It's a given that at leaset 1/3 of the tickets goes to guys in suits who have NO IDEA who the band is, but know how to be important and drink.
