Derek™
I was going to throw a real curveball into my trend of votes, and opt for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Like several people have mentioned, it's just a standout record in a genre that I typically have very little interest in. Listening to it from start to finish is extremely rewarding, and I find that I'm able to thoroughly enjoy it each and every time I revisit. This takes a lot for me to admit, as I don't really care for Kanye's discography, and I really don't care for him as a human being. But MBDTF is definitely a diamond in the rough, of sorts. But with that said, let's be real. I confess that I haven't really listened to Smashing Pumpkins up until last year. (Outside of singles through radio exposure, that is.) But I've always known how much weight Siamese Dream and Melon Collie have pulled. I've been exploring their discography quite a bit lately, and it's really tough to deny everything that this album has to offer.

sacredheart
Am I the only one that doesnt think Mellon Collie is that great? Billy can write a great song, but he sure can write some shitty ones too. He has no inbetween either, you get one or the other with him and I think that Mellon Collie has too many bad ones to be the best M of all time. Derek™
Having listened to it pretty thoroughly, I have little to zero problems with any given song. And considering how many there are, I'd say that's quite the feat.
sacredheart
It has been probably 10 or more years since I last listened to it, but I remember liking about half of it and hating half of it, which is how I feel about every Pumpkins album pretty much. jetsfan4ever80
I just don't get the hate. It's (along with Pinkerton) my favourite Weezer album. I agree, I think it's right there with Pinkerton and Blue.

cwhitmuzik
Relistened to MBDTF today because of the voting, and damn, it's still perfect. Bit of a slow stretch in the middle with So Appalled and Devil In A New Dress, but everything else is so amazing. Probably top ten all time for me, very likely.
