I saw the album in full in 2014 for the tour with Saves the Day and Reggie and the Full Effect. Then in 2018 when they played the 3 albums over 2 nights. I'm good skipping this one. I figured they had toured this album in full enough times. $$$

Hey friends!  So, this is a crazy thing - our band is doing our latest record on vinyl.  I figured what the hell, I'll share it here.  It's limited to 100 copies, 25 of which able to come as a deluxe edition with an alternate screen-printed cover.  The records will be pressed by Dunk! Pressing in Belgium on Milky Clear with Rainbow Splatter, and the screen print is being done by A Thousand Arms.  So, all the post-rock connections haha.

Glass Pony plays psychedelic, improvisational rock and roll.  We have big influences from Oasis, Phish, Bright Eyes, Moe, the Cure, etc.  We're a "jamband" but I don't quite think we fit the traditional mold of that.  I am a big post-rock and metal guy, so our jams, while groovy and danceable, are often angsty and dark.

IRS announces delay in Form 1099-K reporting threshold for third party platform payments in 2023; plans for a threshold of $5,000 for 2024 to phase in implementation
 
It seems to say that the $5000 threshold for 2024 is temporary to eventually drop to $600 in the future. I hope they rethink that. Even $5000 isn't great.

Always seems like one or the other. I didn't enjoy any of their hardcore releases and apparently the band doesn't enjoy them too much either. I definitely became a big fan with Rare and everything after but I can understand why old fans wouldn't be into the change.

Both songs are so good. I really hope My Fictions has plans to put the last EP olor next release on wax, I can only do so much with a cassette lol. 
 
But yeah, I've heard Dreamwell has been killing it on this most recent tour in promotion of the new album. I just got put onto them last month and I was able to nab both albums and it's all I've been spinning lately. 

Definitely a preorder but I'm not sure when. BV says December 8th but they're the last people I'd trust.

Dreamwell is so good! I still need to get their split with My Fictions.

Had never heard of this band, but listening to the two tracks on Bandcamp and really digging them! Love the art as well, and that feathered pink variant is beautiful. Unsure if I'll order, but definitely doing to be checking out their discography.

I have no doubt Revolver and co would have loved to charge more but the boys were probably insistent on their stupid 93 gimmick so the 5LP set winds up being pretty reasonable but then there’s a $100 markup for the book version with what sounds like a slightly better slipcase.

Rise is having a pretty great sale. Many new 2023 pressings for $15. $4 cassettes. $3-6 CDs. Apparel is 25% off. I finally got Spiritbox records, Wolf & Bear, Secret Band, Palisades and Body Thief.

Over It. Lucero Best sets out of that batch were Weezer, Braid, Max Stern and Descendents, but honestly, none of the shows were bad (with the exception of Gaslight, there was just a realllllly weird vibe during their set both onstage and in the crowd).
