USPS seems to be running much smoother lately. I got a package from denmark in 8 days and everything else seems to be arriving at regular speeds. but i've heard several gripes with fedex lately. 

New via Take This to Heart Records.  I've liked their old stuff fine, but I'm getting some major "level up" vibes from this.  LIYL: Manchester Orchestra, Bright Eyes, Sorority Noise before they were cancelled . . .

I received a Nuclear Blast Europe order last week from Fed Ex.  it was 13 records, over $300.  When I came home I saw the box on the porch from my car and new it wasn't going to be good.  All 4 sides of the box were split wide open.  It looked like they dropped it from a helicopter onto my porch.  The records were bubble wrapped but still suffered some solid corner dings and creases.  I sent pictures to NB, they filed a claim with Fed Ex which was accepted and I was fully refunded and get to keep the records.  That wasn't my intent.  I honestly feel kind of crappy for getting so many records for free, though I did want some compensation due to the heavy damage on some records or have the option to return them..  I still can't believe they delivered a package that looked that bad.   I would have refused it had I been home.

Bumping this thread for some new-new variants coming down the pipe.

The "P3" Variants are the same as before, but the Juggernaught on black and P4 LP's are new.
No pressing info at this time.
 
ALSO, they did fix their awful shipping prices since the last bunch, so that is nice!

Oh, and they seem to have improved their shipping prices. (~$6 for first 2xLP, +$4 for each extra 2xLP)

anyone notice how they wont add packaging to your mailer unless you keep the "SafeShip" charge in your cart?
I forgot to take it off one of my ZAO orders and it arrived in absolutely perfect shape, even bubble-wrapped;
The other that had the extra fee taken off - was literally thrown in the mailer to bounce around all transit.
 
so instead of learning how to ship records properly - they are charging people more to do so 🖕
