Btw, this guy is going out of his way and driving in the snow to get us all copies of this. He passed on his HT Three Cheers to me, so I think it would be fair if everyone he got a copy for could chip in and buy him a record that he wants. For example, if he picks something that's about $25 we can all gift him 4 or 5 bucks, so he can get the record. It would be the right thing to do to show that we are thankful for guys like this on the boards!

got my zelda soundtrack today. looks great and sounds great as well.

 
he didn't ship it with any support or inserts in the mailer though so the sleeve has some stress/fold marks on it that kinda sucks. several of these going on:

 
not gonna bug him about it. listened to about half of the zelda I stuff, LTTP, and on ocarina now. it all sounds really good.

I feel the same! I didn't see this thread until after I received a black copy. And those mov presses had a ton of jacket dust and paper on them....Either way this brings me back to college and I love metal so happy to own it.

Well Brooklyn Phono have really fucked this one up and refuse to take responsibility.
 
After a number of emails, they confirmed my two replacement records had been shipped.
 
What I received was a bill for £17.86 ($28.67). The customs document said they had shipped me 4 records with a combined value of $55.
 
So I emailed them and told them and they said an extra surprise had been added. So I thought two records for $28.67 might be OK and paid.
 
There were only 3 records in the package and the surprise was the RSD 7" worth perhaps 2/3 of that in Europe. more likely less than 1/2.
 
The box set itself was $99, so each record is actually worth $12.38 assuming the box has no value. I should have received two records worth $24.75 which I may or may not have had had to pay to import - it's on the border.
 
So I have had to pay again nearly 14% of the total amount I paid to get the box set into the UK for two records that should have worked in the first place, a record I don't want and one that doesn't actually exists. Of course Brooklyn Phono have washed their hands of this.
 
And before anyone else says it, Boo Hoo. My heart pumps purple piss for you. I don't care if you think that. Fucking appaling customer service.

Call amazon anyways. Its the holiday season and they tend to allow returns. Or just explain that you didn't open it for whatever reason...its a defect and they should take care of it. I would suggest not getting a replacement though as all mine had the same issue! Someone else said 3rd man sent them a copy and it had the same problem even after he informed them of the issue. I'm going to wait until after the holidays to get another copy and contact them again when I do since they just thanked me for the video I sent showing the defect but never really adressed it.

Beautiful! Screenprinted jacket looks quite nice in person! Received my MNU version a few days ago and was in for a treat to find a Blue LP and a light Lavender LP inside!  KUDOS! Only cleaned them so far...hoping to listen soon! I must say that the colors were nice...the Lavender seemed to have splatter on it and the blue was dark. I will put up some pics when I get the chance....anyone else two different colors?

I really like that mondo is allowing us to pick the variant we want. I do like the surprise of opening my order up to see if I got lucky but I like this idea and hope they go with the same idea on some future releases....at least I don't have to rush like crazy in the morning to order it...
