Just so I'm clear, Preservinghardcore spent $30K on Victory Records right? I'm following on IG now just to keep mentioning that from now until he blocks me.

As someone who lives in PIttsburgh where the shop is I can tell you he has a lot of volume but its all pretty overpriced and not alot of cool stuff. He also has a “museum” with various hardcore memorabilia. 
 
one plus is he has a venue in the shop as well and puts on some decent shows.

Can confirm that the Bizkit cover set was fantastic. Saw it in Boston. A huge highlight. The guys really went all out for it.

The blink stream was a little weird with no audience, but the limp bizkit cover sets last year were AWESOME, and that's coming from someone who never liked LB.  That whole show was one of my favorite of the year last year.  Plus it's just a special Halloween thing, it's not like they're constantly trying to do stuff like that.
 
Also they definitely have been working on new music.  Sister Cities came out in 2018, it's not like they're overdue for an album or anything like that.

i honestly had no idea either were out of press at this point. six, eight, ten years ago, it felt like four presses of both upsides and suburbia (or whatever it ended up being) would be plenty. same with WBPF. you used to see 10 ebay listings a day for all these, now you see maybe one a month. all of which is to say... yes, agreed that they probably could have kept churning these out. i think this makes up for the wait for more-recent followers of the band

10 year anniversary of Upsides and Suburbia vinyl release possible. They released the track "Brakelights" last month that was like a newly-recorded version of essentially a b-side from Upsides-era. I would bet "Out on my Feet" is the same idea. I think they've also teased a 4xLP release forthcoming, but I'm not 100% on that.

definitely going to be a reissue of upsides and suburbia on 4xLP, appreciate the wishful thinking though 

Wasn't the biggest fan of the album they put out on Rise. LDOR is top tier though. It's incredible. 
 
This album is very different, not what I expected. Have yet to hear to Tym fully utilize his range on it, but I'm hopeful.

It’s fairly safe to assume that any special “record release” variant will just have a fold over cover. Sometimes bands go the extra mile but the fold over is the most common implementation that I’ve encountered.
