The bands section reads like a scene kid's Ipod from 2005.

Definitely Hot Water Music. I listen to practically all the bands in their genre, I know people who love them whose opinion I trust, and I've heard bands talk about them like they are the second coming, but I just can't get into them for some reason. Also Quicksand, same thing.

Well, hopefully they release their back catalogue in a way that pleases them (and the fans) then. I wouldn't find new sets of their two records plus maybe an LP of their non album tracks like the ones he mentions in that article.

Hey guys, building a new system and I have a quick question. I am thinking about getting the Marantz PM5004. Would using a Debut Carbon with it yield about the same or worse results than using an integrated amp with no phono input and a separate phono amp? Basically, I am wondering whether or not buying a different integrated amp + a phono preamp will sound better than the all in one Marantz PM5004. Thanks!
