It was such a music fad in the mid-00s, and the only reason I paid attention to Head Automatica, Men Women & Children, or Cobra Starship was because they were offshoots of bands I enjoyed. It was cheesy shit that put a smile on my face, but that's all it ever was. There's not even nostalgia for it. For me, anyways.
It's like hearing "Barbie Girl" now. I used to bump that jam all the time back in the day, with only a slight sliver of irony. I hear that song now, and it makes my skin absolutely crawl.

it's a comment on the upcoming release, though. xfactor is saying they found the released single(s) aesthetically lacking. tbh pretty common to see takes on the music for PO on these boards, maybe you should browse around here more before patronizing someone who's been a member exponentially longer.
at any rate, xfactor is keeping things more on topic than either your attempt to make this a "defend a band against any criticism" thread or Kyte's to make it a "really shocking someone with Hungary as their location isn't a native English speaker" thread.

Basically this. I got an email from Schuyler after I posted that they were slacking and could at least just give us an update or if the vinyl wasn’t gonna happen they could compensate us with something else. His email was basically defensive without any real answers. They sent everyone the black vinyl to hold us over while we wait but it wasn’t even signed like the color one was suppose to be. They only sold 67 bundles. Basically I paid $130 for a shirt and a hoodie and $20 for black vinyl. They could at very least just say “hey guys, sorry but we’re not doing the color vinyl with special packaging like we said we would, but here are some tickets or handwritten lyrics” or something. I don’t know.
