Gotta say, they did a damn good job on this release.
Gatefold, die cut cover, booklet with lush artwork and pressings that match the artwork perfectly. 

MOV is a serious business, calling it a bootleg due to a member of a band not being aware of the contracts they signed feels very ignorant.

Him calling it a bootleg, and it being pressed due to a loophole does not make it illegal. If there wasn't a clause disallowing that pressing in the contract and MOV paid licensing to the owner of the contract (the label) then it isn't illegal. He didn't like it and didn't read the contract closely enough. The Cloud Hill represses that came 5ish years later don't prove anything regarding legality of previous presses.

A deleted tweet mentioned Terminal, so I'd assume it's a release of the concert, which I'd definitely grab if it gets a vinyl release

I listened to the record last night (on the YouTube uploads) and it’s so damn good. As a hardcore NIN fan & also Halsey, I expected something good & interesting. This record has exceeded all my expectations.

After hearing the whole album I can safely say if you think they made another generic shoegaze album that sounds just like everyone else you have shit ears and are probably bad in bed. That is all.

Yeah, I would hope you wouldn't recommend that Dreamhouse sounds similar to In Blur, hahahaha.

You're only 2 for 20 since I'm only familiar with two of the bands.  If you are actually saying that these bands sound like In Blur then I'll check them out, but it seems like you're just trying to be clever

I'd say half those bands ripped their sound directly from other bands anyways. I wouldn't like the new Deafheaven either if I followed shoegaze closer tbh. I'll stick with the 5 I like from that list and keep enjoying Deafheaven "ripping off" the other rip offs to mix things up rather than define themselves as a band. The song doesn't even sound the same as the other two singles so I don't see where the argument is coming from.
