At the time, the word from MOV was they thought the European rights were somehow different. IIRC they pretty much defended themselves to the end as they took the brunt of the rage while the problem was supposedly on Universal's end. I dunno, 45rpm is one of the extremely few marketing tactics that actually majorly improves sound unlike 180g virgin vinyl etc. Even if these reissues came in plain sleeves by themselves the difference in sound is incredible and the only way I want to listen to mwY now.

Weirdly enough he actually checks a lot of boxes most people couldn’t. Beyond a doubt committed to black communities and minority issues, and poverty in general. “Christian” enough that if Trump got a pass, he could too. An undeniable independent to break the two party insider system. Elon for cabinet, Kim for public outreach, and potentially could be endorsed by Obama and Trump at the same time. Probably not Bush though.
