Went to the There We’re Wires reunion show last night in Providence. They had silkscreened slip covers for the self titled reissue, I think limited to 50. Incredibly they sold them separately so I wasn’t forced to double dip on the vinyl. And at $5 a pop!! Other bands should do this! 
 
Great show that felt like a HS reunion for me. 

From a cursory look at the about pages it seems like all the organizations PFA supports are solid. No "find a cure" autism speaks bullshit if that was something you were worried about, they all say they're focused on making life easier and more enriching for autistic people and their families.

It’s just a show….. 7 years after their last show ever. 
 
Was hoping for a box set or at least The Note repress but I guess there just gonna start again. 

A friend contacted the band and they responded with this:

I have to agree with Parallel here. I actually bought the Opposite/Red split from someone here on the boards a few years back for $20 but it was my only way of getting Opposite at a decent price.

Mine also isn’t numbered. Cost me $65 which is pretty good compared to current Discogs prices. I broke my rule of never getting chatty with vendors by commenting on how much good stuff he had only for him to tell me it’s stuff from his personal collection that he’s selling to pay for his divorce 😕
