Looks like its listed as "Out of Stock" as opposed to "Pre-order" on Towerrecords.com so maybe that is a good sign that they can be assured a certain allotment to sell as pre-orders and anyone who ordered there is guaranteed? I don't know. I'm just guessing.

I’ll also add, thank you for posting this. As much of huge fan of Joey Gonz’s as I am, I never checked out Junip. Set a reminder, in my head, to go through the discography. I should pick this up, out of principal, but it’s a little too rich for me right now. 

This is a lot more interesting than some of the stuff people poop themselves over here. I'd say don't hesitate to post something different like this. I actually checked this thread because I know you dig Assertion and that album may be my AOY. We could use more variety on VC even if the thread gets buried under all the usual.

As stated above, definitely do not hesitate to post new threads for fear that they won’t mesh with general VC tastes.  I’ve seen too many good threads sink off of page 1 and never resurface, while trash nostalgia cash-grabs and Nickelodeon 7”s steal the spotlight and stay afloat.  If you find yourself excited about music that goes against this board’s grain, you’re probably doing it right.

Sat on it for two weeks straight.

might not be a ton of interest, and it’s an import for the US so very pricey, but this record is fantastic.  Looks like most US stores have it at about $45.  
 
When I don’t see a pre-order post on here I assume there’s no interest, but a recent thread on the new Assertion LP made me realize I should pull my weight.

lmao I have no idea how some of you got the /200. I mean, it's whatever - like the sentiments above I think the color in color is the best variant, but man I straight up do not understand release drops sometimes. Refreshed immediately at 11:00 on the dot and the /200 was already sold out. couldn't have been up for more than 40 seconds max.

Don’t worry about it.  Broad statement based on personal experiences. Might look like trash, might not. As long as it sounds good. 

They are such a fun live band too. I've probably seen them close to ten times and each set was great. 

Paper + Plastick ripped off most of their bands. If you don’t already have the record, then buy it from Rev.
 
Sixteen is also a really fun record. Worth picking up for anyone who doesn’t already own a copy.

So, I'm just going to make a new thread in hopes that they keep this shit up. Dischord has recently released SOA 12/29/80 (green),  Minor Threat (blue cover) on blue vinyl and, more recently, Seven Songs (Fugazi) on red vinyl. Each matches the cover fairly well and they sound great. As always, the prices are great ($15 for an LP). 
If you spot any that go up (they have an Instagram) let us know. I'll do the same.

Tests were normal, and all other presses I’m sure were as well.  Sounds like it just may have been a little larger than normal variance accentuated by lack of labels to tension it in.  Thanks for the responses, informative and pretty damn comical. I feel like my hole questions have been filled.  

Yeah its a great looking record, shame about the spindle. I will say, I think most of us were expecting something comically large, I could totally see how this could happen, especially without center labels, which actually may/do support the edge of the spindle hole somewhat

What I have seen on some used records: you could make it playable by either putting adhesive tape over the spindle hole and pushing the spindle through. Or by filling up the inners of the hole with a couple of layers of tape.
Might not be easy to find the exact spot so it will not be off-centered.
