  1. Very good album (love the grunge vibes), I just wish it was a little longer. Hopefully this isn’t the only collab from these two.
  2. My favorite of theirs but will pass for now and hopefully get it cheaper eventually.
  3. So, I've never had this happen before. A buyer named bill_1986 on Discogs ordered a record from me and about 24 hours later messaged me to cancel (so I did, no biggie whatever). A couple of days later the same guy ordered 2 more records from me and asked to cancel AGAIN (so I did and also banned him from ordering from my store). Now today the same guy ordered a record from my eBay store (username laka8761) and cancelled AGAIN! Obviously this guy has no life and is just messing with me or it's a scam so I cancelled and banned him again. Do yourself a favor and just ban this guy from both platforms.
  4. I’m fine with his last few albums, his last great one though was Blues Funeral. Mark’s earned the right to do what he wants, the guy has made so many awesome albums and contributed to lots of other stellar projects over years.
  5. My copy arrived today, very fast shipping from Boomkat. Very solid release, worth picking up if you dig Mark's electronic/dark disco tracks.
  6. I have the original 5 track release on vinyl but I'll probably get this one eventually as well.
  7. I’m a huge Nirvana fan and I had about half of those covers already on different comps but it’s so nice to have all of them together on one release. I don’t usually care that much for covers but Thou does them right. I bought the other cover album for the AIC, Soundgarden and Sabbath covers but the whole thing is great.
  8. I’ve been listening to both cover albums that were dropped on Bandcamp a ton lately. I ended up ordering the die hard black.
  9. Grabbed the clear/black splatter. I traveled to one of the shows in LA, it was so much fun and you could tell the band was having a blast onstage.
  10. Side Project of Neil Halstead from Slowdive just announced - Also out late August (28th) on Graveface is the debut album by Moon Attendant. Moon Attendant is a “super-group” featuring Blewett and Holton from Black Hearted Brother on vox/guitar/synth, Neil Halstead from Slowdive on guitar and Ian McCutcheon from Mojave 3/Loose Salute on percussion. It’s a really wonderful indie/psych LP and is incredibly LTD to 250 units. If you picked up our HOO release last summer, it's a similar lineup and vibe. Preorder a copy today here and get the first single instantly. The Record Club receives this release as well (duh). https://graveface.bandcamp.com/album/one-last-summer?mc_cid=2fb37fbe9c&mc_eid=673ce8fc05
  11. Was actually thinking this might be more than $100+. I'm tempted but will hold off for now.
  12. Sorry to dig up an old thread but Alain’s new album “Hum” is out and it’s amazing. My vinyl copy from Ipecac Records showed up yesterday, I highly recommend it.
  13. This isn't a big deal but I just thought I'd mention this. Some guy on Discogs just left me neutral feedback claiming "slow shipping" since his media mail package took over 2 weeks to arrive during a pandemic. Now, since March I've sold a ton of records, some took 2-3 weeks, some took 4 weeks but everyone was super cool and patient and I've only had one return this whole time (which was completely my fault). To those of you who've been patient with sellers during this mess, especially with media mail, THANK YOU!
  14. It didn’t, they were club copies not promo. Dunno why I typed promo lol.
  15. Found first presses of Agalloch’s Pale Folklore and Jerry Cantrell’s Boggy Depot at Armageddon Shop’s online store for $20 each. I also found club copies of the first 2 King Crimson records at a goodwill for $1 each.
  16. Yup, I had just restarted using international shipping on discogs but once this policy goes into affect I'll be sticking to US orders only. Having to calculate the weight/prices for each and every country for each size of order just isn't worth the headache, especially with how often the rates seem to change.
  17. I always find it amusing when labels get all pissy about returns or dealing with customer service. If you don't want to deal with returns or customer service in general, don't run a label or distro. Is it worth it to lose a customer over a $5 CD? As someone who's sold records for 10 years now the answer is absolutely not, I don't care how busy you are. If you run your business the right way you should have minimal returns.
  18. Wow, that’s terrible service. I recently ordered a couple of LP’s from a small label who screwed up the order but told me to keep the LP I didn’t order and also refunded my money. The customer service was great even though I’m pretty sure they also took a loss.
  19. Had 2 versions at 2 different times but couldn’t get through checkout. All I wanted was 1 copy of any variant. Oh well 🤷‍♂️
  20. Received my copy on black vinyl that I ordered a week ago, looks like Toby is indeed on top of the mail orders these days.
  21. Toby said he’s finally all caught up on mail order. I just ordered a copy of Choirs on vinyl.
