I went into Barnes and Noble today to grab something for the wife and happened to check their B&N exclusive LP display to see if they had anything new and and they actually had a signed copy of it which I was surprised to see for $23. Black vinyl. May be worth checking your local B&N if interested.

What a time to make something available that requires people to go to into enclosed spaces with other humans to get it.
Edit: glad she's supporting indies, though.

Evidently the scheme was not acceptable as spotify pulled the album and changed their rules so other bands couldn't do the same thing.
But props to any band that can do something creative like that to cover their costs of touring.

I think this would be the 2nd time it has hit 2k. And from what I've seen the next highest 3 have only sold in the 1k-$1100 range. But this one sold for more than double what any other on discogs has sold for.
 
I don't necessarily doubt it as I see people with disposable income do crazy things all the time. But the prices on some of these sales are really odd. Of the 50+ sold on ebay i think all but 2 have been under 1k. One actual auction (not bin) in Jan somehow hits 2k even though there are no shortage of them selling for under 1k at the time (I'd love to see how many people actually bid over 1k on it) .  Around the same time another auction sells for $610. A week after that an auction goes for $680.  It all seems strange to me but it really is probably just some insane person buying it for their kid's birthday or something when its the only one that was available.

They just restocked some more. They keep going in & out of stock, but keep checking. You may get lucky. Just grabbed a black/blue.

The original press is a 2lp according to discogs. So I'd assume this is the same.

I hate those mailers. They really are dogshit. It's 50/50 whether the record arrives with a corner ding or worse and it seems the major UK distributors (recordstore.co.uk, kontraband, sandbag etc) use them exclusively. That said, lovely gold auto! 

I was just wondering the same thing as well. I remember hearing 7 words on the local independent station near me and it blew me away. Ran out and bought the tape as soon as i could. Saw them a few times around 96-98 and they were absolutely fantastic live as well. So those first couple albums are really still my favorites. Probably followed by Diamond Eyes. But i could see someone who didn't hear Adrenaline until a bit later not liking it much compared to the later albums.

SS Decontrol - The Kids LP for 50 bucks a few years ago.

When this first came out in February they were trying to charge $100 for the signed version which I couldn't believe. Glad they finally dropped the price but an extra $20 is still a bit much since Kid Gorgeous was only $20 unsigned/$25 signed.
