ntslash
I'm pretty disappointed with this pressing. There is really bad distortion on several tracks. Regeneration and Too Cool Queenie both sound awful. So does Long Way Home. Side A was fine but not impressive. The worst MOV pressing I own. Alice in Chains
My copy sounds perfect. Glad MOV pressed this, some of STPs best work.

highfives
I ended up getting it from Import CDs through Amazon. It was around $17 I think. But they are selling the black variant, not the /2000 orange.

MOV seems to keep their titles in print for a while
highfives
I just checked Amazon's 3rd party stuff for this record. So prior to Weiland dying, there were multiple sellers who had this below or at $20. Now, the cheapest is $26. Vultures.
negavinyl
Ordered the Shangri-La Orange from Juno. Figured I might as well finish up the colored set while I still can. Kinda surprised that one is still around and so affordable.
mertzrock
$42.75 shipped to the US for 4 and Shagri via Juno...very nice. Does anyone have a copy of Core they want to give up?
nathan_s82
I'm still looking for a copy of Purple (MOV colored version). I'd trade my MOV black version for it.

Plarocks
I really like the sound on Core through Tiny Music, but I held off on buying 4 because of what you're saying. I saw a LOT of posts where people were saying 4 just doesn't sound that great. In all fairness, "No. 4" always sounded like it was "mixed wrong," even the CD version. I love the song "Sour Girl," but to my ears everything sounds so smeared and blurred. I don't know if they purposely recorded the instruments "out of phase" to make that kind of sound, but I always thought the record was intentionally mixed to sound a bit "wrong." vinyl addict
I use juno and/or New on Vinyl for a lot of my orders, whether they be MOV or not. I prefer the UK release usually.
psus2h
According to MOV STP titles are all being repressed and should be available early 2016
vinyl addict
Why? They are all readily available now. Some were pressed less than a year ago.
