Yeah, you don't spend that kind of money to be done with the mastering. I bet it's not 180g vinyl not virgin vinyl. Not in a clear sleeve. But it'll probably sound just as good to most people. I don't DL off the web so I have no clue. Physically, you'd have to track down the original digipak CD's (3 total). Although, the first two Atticus comps have a song each. 'Time To Break Up' and 'Don't Tell Me That It's Over'. After that, your just missing 'What Went Wrong' and the 3 silly tracks. This is why Blink needs a b-sides/rarities/demos comp badly!! I wasn't really interested in buying the discography when the splatters came out, but I'm in since they seem to care about mastering and overall quality now.
