birdwell Posted February 25, 2016 Share Posted February 25, 2016 My hometown has a Popeyes Buffet.....I used to eat once a week in High School....they don't have Cajun fries on the buffet, and if you say you want fries they cook up a large order and deliver it to your table when they're ready. Looks about medium there Medium Rare on the inside. Get the iron really hot and char it, then throw it in the broiler to finish super quick. Only goes in there for a few minutes. New coffee shop in town owned and operated by some friends of mine with a killer breakfast and lunch. It's a bicycle themed shop with a decent vinyl library and turntable set up for in store play.
