I have a Masters Degree in the very useful realm of education, except I'm over wanting to teach (I think). I very much enjoy reading certain things. But I'm like Birdwell, I don't always want to read. I work 50 hours a week overnight so I can take care for my 16-month-old during the day, so I like my entertainment spoon-fed to me most of the time. When I was in grad school, I read a lot more because it was just the student's life.

I absolutely hate sci-fi and fantasy. I don't even read fiction, usually. It's not my bag. My friends would always tease me for not having an imagination. But it's not true, I have a great one. In my opinion, nothing listed should be considered as amazing, with the exception of Lord of The Rings. Literarily, it is a masterpiece. What Tolkien did was unprecedented. Luckily, the films are amazing too. It is the only thing in that category I view worthy of my time.

tl;dr
